Mindfulness meditation practice has been proven to decrease chronic pain, stress, depression, anxiety, and improve sleep.

About the Instructors:
Lobsang Partsang is a Tibetan and Chinese Medicine practitioner and instructor of Mindfulness. He serves as a Buddhist Chaplain at the Santa Clara County Jail and teaches mindfulness to inmates to help them manage stress and anxiety under the Mindful Waiting program. He practices Tibetan and Chinese Medicine at Kunde Institute's clinic in Daly City.
