We accept and bill all PPO insurance plans cover acupuncture, below is the partial list of the insurance companies that we accept:
Flex Spending (FSA) and Health Saving Accounts (HSA):
Acupuncture and dry needling are fully covered benefits and we accept all FSA and HSA forms of payment.
Auto/Personal Injury
We accept auto med pay and liens signed by attorneys.
Workers Compensation
We accept primary treating physician's' prescriptions authorized by insurance carriers.
Veteran (VA) Patients
We accept VA patients referred by MD from VA clinic.
For Self-pay Patients:

- If your insurance plan is not listed above, please submit all insurance information in the Insurance Verification Form, we will get back to you within 2 -3 regular business days.
- If needed, for most plans we provide a coded receipt (“superbill”) to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
- We do collect co-pays and deductibles when applicable.
- Our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.

- If you are paying the bill by yourself, and the services will not be processed by the insurance, please see the fee schedule.
- We also offer 20% off for seniors (65+), students, and others in need, let us know when you schedule the appointment.
- Please bear in mind you will need to pay your charges in full at each visit.

Cancellation Policy
- We require 48 hour notice for all cancellations.
- Missed appointments and cancellations made within 48 hours will be billed a late or cancellation fee of $30 for appointments cancelled or broken without advance notice.

How Do You Know Your Outstanding Balance?
We will notify you of any amounts of your insurance fails to pay within sixty (60) days. You will have another thirty (30) days to call your insurance company. Any amount owing over ninety (90) days by your insurance company will be charged to your account.
In general, we will send you a statement of your account if there’s outstanding balance in your account or you can email or call us to find out your outstanding balance. We’ll send the statement after 30 days of your visit, and you have 14 days to pay the outstanding bill.

Please pay your invoice through PayPal following the instructions that we sent you. Payments are typically processed and posted to your account within 2 - 3 business days.
