At Kunde Institute, we offer this unique Traditional Tibetan Medicine therapy called Hor-mey, this therapy is simple, cost-effective and drug free. It uses heat and herbal oil to heal by placing herbal poultices that have been warmed in sesame oil or ghee (clarified butter) on the various rlung (pronounced loong) or “acupressure points” located throughout the body.


Hor-mey therapy helps relax the mind and body, reduces physical and mental stress, boosts the immune system, clears the mind & improves concentration. Good for all ages from children to the elderly.
