Date: Tue, May 23 from 6:30pm

Do you struggle with inadequate sleep, loss of concentration, anxiety or a rapid heartbeat? A Tibetan self-healing technique called Hor-mey may help. Doctor of Tibetan Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist Yangdron Kalzang will discuss the theory of Tibetan Medicine and demonstrate the use of Hor-mey, a medicinal warm oil poultice that will help ease and balance your mind and body. Discover for yourself if it is possible to find relief with a traditional anti-depressant with no side-effects.
